About this product

Material: Momi fir wood
Diameter: 15¼ in
Country of origin: Japan
Selling unit: One tub

Product Overview

Pale wooden sides rise around the broad circular base of the HK39-N rice tub. Two exterior bands follow the round outline, giving the natural-colored preparation vessel a simple, recognizable appearance on the counter.

The Japanese-made Momi fir tub measures 15¼ inches in diameter. Its wider footprint offers more room across the base than the smaller HK models without changing to a different tub style. One piece is supplied, allowing paddles and other preparation tools to be selected separately.

Make room for the tub and the tools around it

The 15¼-inch diameter defines the circular space the tub occupies on the counter. Allow additional room for a rice paddle and nearby ingredients rather than fitting the vessel tightly between other equipment.

Open interior and wooden side wall of the HK39-N rice tub

A broad base within upright sides

The uncovered center gives access across the tub while the wooden wall defines the edge of the preparation area. The pale interior keeps the vessel visually simple beside the rest of the tools.

Keep the style while changing the diameter

Smaller HK tubs use the same Momi fir construction and banded appearance. Choose among those sizes when the available counter space or preferred working footprint changes.
