Softly curved walls and lifted corners
The 914B-J softens its square plan with curved sides and gently lifted corners. Each corner rises above the adjoining rim, which dips gently between the corners rather than forming a straight, level edge. The walls curve inward toward the base, and the brown leaf-and-stem motif follows the outside of the bowl. Fine speckles cover the pale beige surface, including the unpatterned interior. Curved walls and lifted corners give the bowl a distinct profile, while the open well leaves the serving visible from above. The size is 3½ inches square.
