Product Overview

The C100-R sushi boat plate frames an individual serving in a glossy red hull. Its raised bow, straight stern and open central well create a boat silhouette without a mast or a separate display platform.

At 11½ inches long, 5½ inches wide and 1½ inches high, this plastic plate with a lacquer finish is a compact alternative to a large sushi boat centerpiece. Use it for sushi or a small appetizer selection, with dipping sauce in a separate dish beside the boat.

Follow the direction of the hull

Arrange sushi or small appetizers along the center of the boat. Leave the bow and the raised perimeter visible so the vessel’s outline remains part of the presentation instead of disappearing beneath the food.

Boat-shaped outline

An upturned bow and straight stern frame the serving area.

Red lacquer finish

Glossy red finish over a plastic body.

Compact dimensions

Measures 11½ inches long, 5½ inches wide and 1½ inches high.

Give the serving room at the table

The low side profile differs from a tall display boat or a deep bowl. Allow space around the 11½-inch length for a dipping dish and utensils, keeping each guest’s accompaniments within easy reach.

Choose the boat format deliberately

A hull-shaped plate offers a different presentation from a flat rectangular plate. Compare similarly sized boat pieces by their dimensions and finish, then use plain sauce dishes to avoid crowding the table with competing shapes.
