This 15 cm cast iron nabe pot provides a compact format for individual sukiyaki, Japanese hot pot, noodles, soups, stews, and other hot dishes. The cast iron body retains heat through tabletop service, making the smaller vessel well suited to single-portion preparations served directly from pot to table.

In Japanese cookware terminology, this style is a tetsunabe, or iron nabe, distinguishing it from ceramic donabe cookware. The included wooden lid and serving base complete the tabletop presentation, while the compact size gives this model a distinct individual-service role compared with ERS's larger 17 cm, 21 cm, and 24 cm nabe pots.
