The Turbo Air TWR-48SD-D4-N places 4 refrigerated drawers below a stainless steel worktop with a raised rear backsplash. Its 12-cu.-ft. cabinet keeps refrigerated ingredients close to the work area.

Self-Cleaning Condenser 
The accumulation of dust in the condenser causes the failure or breakdown of refrigerators. Refrigerators run normally until they reach a certain level of accumulation. At some point, when they are over the limit, their performance drops quickly resulting in damage to, or disposal of the stored products in refrigerators. The self-cleaning condenser device keeps the condenser clean and prevents system failure by automatically brushing daily.

Digital temperature control & monitor system
Keep food products safe by maintaining constant temperatures. External digital display allows for easy monitoring.

Hydrocarbon refrigerants (R-290)
With innovative and eco-friendly technology, Turbo Air brings you hydrocarbon refrigerators designed to meet DOE's Energy Conservation Standards in 2017 and to use EPA's SNAP Program approved HC refrigerants. Hydrocarbon refrigerants do not deplete the ozone layer and have very low contribution to global warming (ODP-0, GWP-3).

High-density polyurethane insulation
The entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation.

Drawer pan arrangements

Each drawer accepts two one-third-size pans or four one-sixth-size pans, up to 6 inches deep. These are alternative arrangements, not a combined load. Pans are sold separately.

Installation and startup

Install indoors on a firm, level floor away from heat. Allow at least 5 inches behind the cabinet and keep rear, side and internal airflow unobstructed. Use a dedicated grounded outlet without an extension cord, keep the plug accessible and lock the front casters. Run the refrigerator for 24 hours before loading food.

Confirm the supplied cabinet, caster assembly, raised backsplash and open-drawer clearance against the exact-model drawing before approving an installation opening. Refrigerant service must be performed by qualified personnel; do not puncture tubing or use mechanical tools to accelerate defrosting.

Cleaning and drawer access

Disconnect power before cleaning. Clean with mild soap and a soft cloth; avoid abrasive tools and chlorine-based cleaners. Empty the drain pan as needed and return the drain hose to the pan. For removal, fully extend the drawer, then lift and pull to release its rollers from the guides.

Automatic condenser brushing does not remove every contaminant, particularly grease. Arrange periodic condenser service according to the manual. After disconnecting power, wait at least five minutes before restarting.
