COOKING KNIFE IR 165mm

The 12.25" Pairyell Iron Knife is a heavy-weight Japanese cooking knife good for cutting tough portions of meat and other ingredients. Blade is 165mm (6.5") long and it is made out of Iron. Handle is a black and sand color made out of wood. The blade is thick and honed at an angle on one side. Name of the series is inscripted onto the blade in Japanese by the Pairyell manufacturer.
