Design & Appearance

- Shape : A traditional East Asian sake bottle (tokkuri) silhouette with a bulbous body, a narrow neck, and a gently flared, trumpet-shaped rim.

- Surface Texture : The main body features vertical indented dimples (hand-pressed texture) that catch the light elegantly.

This unique surface relief provides both visual depth and a secure, non-slip grip.

- Color & Glaze: Coated in a pale celadon-green glaze speckled with fine, rustic iron dots.

The inner rim and mouth are accented with a dark metallic silver-gray and iron-brown finish, giving it a beautifully aged, artisanal look.

Structural Features (Bottom)

- Base: As seen in the second image, the underside features a wide, circular foot ring. The unglazed ring exposes the natural,

reddish-brown terracotta clay to prevent slipping, while the exact center of the base is filled with a matching celadon-glazed circle.

Recommended Uses

- Serving warmed or chilled sake, rice wine, or traditional spirits.

- Enhancing table settings as a decorative accent piece for Asian-themed dining.

- Doubling as a rustic, minimalist bud vase for holding a few stems of wildflowers or botanical branches.
