Product Overview

The IM415-IK is the long, narrow serving format in the IK group. Measuring 16½ × 5¼ inches, it creates a clear direction for a line of sushi, appetizers or small savory bites. Lifted long sides and an open-ended profile give the platter a flowing shape, while green, brown and gold glaze brings variation along its length.

Made in Japan from ceramic, the platter measures 1¼ inches high. Space the food in small groups rather than covering the entire surface, allowing the changes in glaze to remain visible between them. A separate condiment dish keeps the elongated arrangement uncluttered. Combine it with a smaller square or triangular IK plate for a coordinated table with varied shapes. The ceramic is dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
