Product Overview

The KFP-122 is an oval diamond-steel knife sharpener with a black handle and a silver sharpening shaft. Its broad oval profile differs from a round sharpening steel while retaining a familiar handled format for the knife-maintenance station.

The sharpener measures 12 inches long by ¾ inch wide. An angular guard sits between the handle and shaft, and a metal loop finishes the handle end; compare the shaft profile as well as size when selecting a steel.
