Whale & Wave Ceramic Small Dish — 4 in (MN24-WH)

A whale among curling waves gives the MN24-WH small ceramic dish a lively subject beside a larger serving. The blue, white and dark linework connects it with coordinating whale bowls, allowing a sauce or small accompaniment to share the same illustrated theme. Keep the portion modest so some of the whale-and-wave design remains visible as part of the individual place setting.

The dish has a 4-inch size and a capacity of 2 oz. Made in Japan, it is microwave safe and dishwasher safe. Use it for a dipping sauce, pickles or another small accompaniment served beside sushi, rice or noodles. A main plate and chopsticks complete the meal around the dish, while plain supporting pieces give the illustrated surface room to stand out without repeating another strong pattern across every part of the table.
