Product Overview

The large New Cabbec turning slicer places a side crank opposite an upright cutting assembly for vegetable preparation. Its plastic body keeps the frame separate from the stainless-steel blades, with an open horizontal layout that is easy to inspect before loading food.

Allow an 11¼ by 7½-inch footprint plus clear space for the crank and collection area; overall height is 10¼ inches. Set up ingredients and a separate bowl before starting, and stop the mechanism before adjusting it or clearing food.

Separate the crank from the cutting area
