Product Overview

Set out a quiet blue-and-white tea service with the TPS123 bamboo tea set. Blue and teal bamboo stalks and leaves decorate the pale teapot, lid and four cups, leaving open space around the botanical pattern. The rounded pot has a short angled spout, a raised lid knob and an arched handle. Its cups taper toward the base and carry the same leaf design around their sides.

A removable mesh infuser accompanies the 25 fl. oz. teapot for brewing loose-leaf tea. Each cup holds 5 fl. oz., a size suited to small servings with a meal or an afternoon snack. The pot measures 7¼ inches high and the cups stand 2½ inches high. Repeat the pale background with white plates, or add blue dishes for a more colorful setting. For a darker bamboo motif, consider the black TPS117 tea set.

Botanical detail on a pale background

Build a blue-and-white tea setting

Use white plates to repeat the set’s pale background, then add blue tableware for a stronger color accent. A small dish for accompaniments and simple dessert forks complete a tea setting with sweets or pastries.
