The F-2177 Master line bread knife combines a serrated stainless-steel blade with a polyacetal-resin handle. Its bread-cutting edge and white handle distinguish it from the black-handled cooking and petty knives in the same series.

Keep a dedicated bread knife at the station for slicing loaves and bread portions instead of using the smooth-edged santoku for every ingredient. The F-2177 is dishwasher safe and complements the series' general cooking knives without duplicating their blade profiles.
