The Pearl Beige NL-DCC18-CP is a 10-cup Micom cooker for cooks who want more than one rice setting. Its fuzzy-logic control and triple-heater direct-heating system work with dedicated white, long-grain, sushi, Jasmine, brown and other grain programs. Capacity is an uncooked white-rice rating using the supplied approximately 180 mL rice cup; it is not a universal grain limit or a plated-serving count.

Two finish-time memories help organize eligible rice batches, while separate congee, quinoa, steel cut oatmeal and Cake settings broaden the menu. Holding and Reheat permissions differ by food: Cake has no Keep Warm, and congee, quinoa and oatmeal should not be held in rice Keep Warm. The detachable inner lid and cord support routine care and storage without turning this household-oriented appliance into a continuous commercial cooker.

Match the menu to the rice

White, quick white, long-grain white, sushi and Jasmine batches range from 2–10 supplied cups. Other grains use distinct ranges and water lines. GABA Brown adds an activation stage before cooking, so allow time for that separate workflow.

Measure for the selected program

Use the supplied approximately 180 mL measuring cup and the matching inner-pan markings. The maximum white-rice capacity does not apply to congee, quinoa or oatmeal. Follow the manual’s own quantities and recipes for each program.

Remove the inner lid for washing

The detachable inner lid allows direct access to its cooking-facing surface. Unplug and cool the cooker before routine cleaning, protect the nonstick pan from abrasive tools and keep the electrical body dry.

Use the supplied approximately 180 mL measure and each menu’s own batch range and water line. CONGEE uses Jasmine white rice; select CONGEE, QUINOA or STEEL CUT OATMEAL each time when using its corresponding water line. Maximum white-rice capacity is not a cooked yield or serving count. Both Regular and Extended Keep Warm are subject to a 12-hour total holding limit for eligible white-rice menus. Extended returns to Regular after eight hours in that mode without restarting the limit. Brown and GABA Brown use Regular only. Do not keep congee, quinoa or steel cut oatmeal warm. Reheat is only for already-warm white rice at or below WHITE water level 6, takes approximately 7–9 minutes and must not be repeated. These operating limits are not food-safety guarantees. Cake allows up to 180 g of all-purpose flour under the manual recipes, not that weight of total batter. Do not add baking powder or baking soda. Cake has no Keep Warm; press Keep Warm/Cancel and remove it immediately after baking. Timer cooking is unavailable for QUICK and CAKE and must not be used with added ingredients or seasonings. Stir and loosen rice at completion and cool the unit for at least 35 minutes before another rice batch. GABA Brown adds an approximately two-hour activation stage.
