Product Overview

The Japanese-made PRO-M 7007 is a long stainless-steel slicing knife with a black riveted handle. The 270 mm model has a 10½-inch blade and measures 15½ inches overall, giving it considerably more cutting length than the smaller PRO-M paring knife.

Choose the narrow slicing format for portioning work that benefits from a long cutting stroke. The matching black handle, three rivets and silver bolster coordinate with the PRO-M 7002, while the different blade length gives the pair distinct roles rather than duplicating the same tool.

The 10½-inch blade provides an extended cutting edge for slicing larger portions. Its long, narrow profile is distinct from a broad santoku, so select it for the slicing work it is intended to perform.
