Product Overview

The TSK-150CS is a stainless-steel-finish, cube-fed sake warmer and dispenser. Its cubic-container supply supports a dedicated hot-sake service position, while indirect water-bath heating keeps the warming water separate from the sake being served.

The front manual-dispensing switch and sake overspill tray place the dispensing control and drip collection at the serving area. Follow the supplied instructions for receiving-bottle placement and operation rather than assuming that a manual switch describes every filling mode.

Before planning the station, check the connection required by the actual sake container and allow room to position and replace it above the warmer. Keep the sake supply format separate from the water-bath capacity when planning service and cleaning.

A dedicated cube-fed serving station

The TSK-150CS uses a cubic sake container positioned above the stainless-steel-finish warmer. This separates the bulk sake supply from the receiving bottle used at the dispensing point.

The 5-gallon description refers to the sake supply format; it is not a water-bath capacity. Plan access to the container connection and room to lift and exchange the supply above the appliance.

Keep supply and warming water distinct

Indirect water-bath heating warms the sake through the appliance rather than treating the sake container as a heated water reservoir. The sake supply and the warming-water system have different roles in setting up the station.

Use the setup and cleaning instructions supplied with the TSK-150CS for the actual unit. Confirm its electrical rating and installation requirements before planning the outlet and counter space; ratings from another model or heater revision should not be assumed to apply.

Plan the bottle and drip-collection area
