Product Overview

The WO-17-4 sushi oke frames food inside a round black serving well with a contrasting red rim. Decorative gold-toned motifs run around the dark exterior, adding detail to the side of the bowl as well as the food presentation inside.

Its 12-inch diameter provides a circular alternative to a long sushi platter. Arrange pieces around the serving area or group them in the center, leaving the red edge visible. Made in Japan from plastic with a lacquer finish, this oke should be washed by hand.

A black well framed in red

The slim red line follows the full circular rim, separating the black interior from the decorated outer wall. Keep some of the dark surface visible around the sushi to let the rim and food arrangement define each other.

Decoration around the sides

Gold-toned fan-like and floral motifs repeat around the dark exterior. The side view shows this decoration below the rim, where it remains part of the presentation even when food fills the interior.
