The Narita NRC-1160 is a commercial rice cooker and warmer rated for 30 cups of uncooked rice, with an advertised yield of 60 cups cooked. Measure using the supplied rice cup and follow the inner-pan water marks rather than treating the cooked yield as a filling limit.

The one-touch cooking switch starts the cycle, with separate Cook and Keep Warm indicators. The unit automatically changes to Warm after cooking. Leave the lid closed for at least 15 minutes after the switch rises, then mix the rice before serving.

Stainless housing and removable nonstick pan

A stainless steel housing surrounds a heavy-duty nonstick pan. The supplied measuring cup and rice scoop support preparation and serving. Use a plastic or wooden scoop to protect the coating, and do not leave utensils inside during warming.

One-touch cooking and 3D warming

The 3D warming system supports holding between servings. The operating manual cautions that warming for more than five hours may affect rice color and odor, and it prohibits using Warm to reheat leftover cold rice. Keep the lid closed between servings.

Care for the pan and cooking station

Unplug and cool before cleaning. Remove the pan, inner lid and dew collector, use gentle cleaning methods and dry the parts before reassembly. Keep the pan exterior and heater free of rice grains, water and residue for proper contact.
