Product Overview

The H10B-2 Hi-Soft cutting board brings a soft synthetic preparation surface to an extended kitchen station. Its 40 × 16-inch footprint gives you a long working area for knife preparation, from trimming vegetables to portioning ingredients before service.

The plain rectangular face has no perimeter groove or handle cutout taking space from the board. Position ingredient containers beside it and keep the central area available for the food and the knife stroke. The board is made in Japan and has a thickness of ⅘ inch.

Choose this size around the whole preparation routine: available counter length, comfortable reach, room for nearby tools, and the space needed to wash and store the board. A larger board is useful only when the workstation can support its full footprint.
