The Zojirushi NS-RPC10-HM is a household automatic rice cooker and warmer in the Metallic Gray finish. Its maximum raw-rice capacity is 5.5 rice-measuring cups, or 1.0 liter, and the manual gives a 1–5.5-cup cooking range. Use the supplied approximately 180 mL measure with short-grain white rice; these ratings are not U.S. measuring-cup or plated-serving counts.

One switch starts cooking, and the cooker changes to Keep Warm automatically. Direct heating is supported by heaters at the bottom, side and lid. The operating instructions limit cooking to white rice without mixed-in ingredients; this is a conventional single-switch model rather than a menu-programmed cooker.

A hinged lid with a push-button release and built-in handle provides access to the nonstick inner pan. The washable inner lid and side dew collector are removable. A rice-measuring cup, spatula and spatula holder are included, and the supplied power cord detaches from the appliance.

After the cooker switches to Keep Warm, leave the lid closed for about 15 minutes to let the rice finish steaming, then loosen the rice. The manual recommends Keep Warm for eight hours or less. Allow for preparation and soaking as well as this finishing period when planning a batch; conditional cooking-cycle times are not a service-ready production rate.

Lift out the inner cooking pan

The NS-RPC10-HM uses this removable cooking pan for measured rice batches. Its listed construction is removable, nonstick coated. Use the supplied rice measure and the correct menu-specific water level; the headline capacity is an uncooked-rice maximum, not a serving count. Follow the exact-model cleaning instructions and protect the pan surface from abrasive tools.

Routine care for the removable lid

Remove the NS-RPC10-HM inner lid as directed for routine washing. The listed inner-lid design is detachable and washable. Unplug the cooker and allow it to cool before care. Clean after each use. Do not immerse the electrical body or use a dishwasher or dish-dryer.
