Product Overview

The SM34-11 bamboo sushi mat brings a classic rolling format to the prep counter. Its green bamboo strips are held together with pale ties, allowing the mat to curl around a sushi roll while keeping the strips aligned. The square mat measures 9½ inches on each side, with a listed height of ¼ inch.

Set out the mat alongside prepared rice, nori and fillings when organizing a sushi-making station. The compact square shape can be laid flat for preparation and rolled as the sushi is formed.
