Product Overview

Warm amber-brown shading fades into a pale center on this scalloped ceramic deep plate. Fine lines radiate through the interior, and a narrow dark edge follows the repeated curves of the rim. The light exterior contrasts with the richer inner border. Its 8¼-inch diameter and 2-inch height provide a broad, gently enclosed setting for a modest savory course or dessert.

Group tofu and vegetables in the center, or place a small cake portion with berries against the pale area. Keep some of the amber edge uncovered so the gradient remains part of the presentation. Made in Japan, the plate is microwave safe and dishwasher safe. The smaller MT567-TBR bowl repeats this warm scalloped design; the gray MT28-TBK offers a cooler alternative with the same plate dimensions.
