Tojiro - Shirogami, Deba Knife 210mm

The F904 is a Tojiro Shirogami deba with an 8-1/2-inch white-steel and soft-iron blade. A natural magnolia-wood handle and dark plastic collar complete the traditional silver-and-wood appearance.

At 14-1/2 inches overall, it offers a longer listed format than the F903 while keeping the same broad deba outline. The Shirogami family also includes narrower yanagi shapes and explicitly left-handed models, so select by the exact blade format and model rather than appearance alone.

The F904 lists an 8-1/2-inch blade and 14-1/2-inch overall length. The shorter F903 shares the same general construction and handle style but has different blade and overall measurements.

The white-steel core and soft-iron outer layer are paired with a magnolia-wood handle. A dark plastic collar marks the transition from the exposed blade to the gripping surface.
